Join the Guerrero Student Center and Native American Student Affairs for an afternoon of creation, storywork, and community, as we bridge connections between Northern and Southern Indigenous communities. This event will feature pumpkin painting, storytelling, and an exploration of the Three Sisters harvest-pumpkin, corn, and beans-highlighting the important role these crops play in Indigenous agricultural practices. We will also discuss eco-friendly ways to dispose of pumpkins in a way that honors our commitment to the environment. Discover the deep-rooted connections between land, culture, and sustenance, and express your creativity through art!
